The sprouts of this pseudo-cereal contain large quantities of mineral salts, such as phosphorus, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, but also vitamins, especially the B and E complex.
The patented Germix process enhances the nutritional properties of the seed, exponentially improving its vitamin and antioxidant content. Furthermore, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are readily assimilated by the action of germination enzymes.
Analytical values: fat 1.7g, of which saturated: 0.3g, Carbohydrates: 71g, fibre 6.5g, proteins 9.1g, Mineral salts 0.005g.
Directions for use: Germix should be administered dry. The product should not be used in humid conditions. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
